Background

Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Humboldt State University in 1976, received her Master of Science in Nursing along with a graduate certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah in 1991. In 1995 she completed her Post Master Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She has a broad base of clinical experience in a variety of settings, including ED, OB, Med/Surg, Oncology, Home Health, Family Practice, Asthma and Allergy Specialty practice, and Hospice and Palliative Care. She has practiced as a RN, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Family Nurse Practitioner.

Jennifer began teaching as a part-time theory and clinical instructor at Columbia Gorge Community College (CGCC) Fall Term, 2010, and moved to full time Fall Term, 2011.
