Fen Kacin

Fen (they/he) has a background in community service/outreach, university-level education, program development, and project management. They are passionate about creating direct positive impact within the community and improving accessibility of services and opportunities for marginalized people. Fen is also deeply invested in fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all, based on a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fen spends his free time reading, volunteering, cooking, and making art. They live in Portland with their two pets, a cat and a ball python.
