Course Description
Provides training in the use of various interior and exterior finish materials and techniques. Includes calculating material quantities and accurate measuring techniques. Prerequisites: MTH 98 or placement into MTH 65; placement into IRW 115 or WR 115. Audit Available.
Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate safe practices associated with Construction industry.
- Calculate material quantities for interior and exterior finishes.
- Accurately measure, cut and install exterior finishes.
- Accurately measure, cut and install interior finishes.
- Properly install hardware to doors and cabinets.
