2025 Commencement Ceremony

Columbia Gorge Community College is excited to celebrate our graduating students this year! We will be hosting an in-person commencement ceremony. The event will also be streamed live.

Commencement Ceremony is Friday, June 13 at 3 p.m. in the Fort Dalles Readiness Center at The Dalles Campus, 400 East Scenic Drive, The Dalles.

All degree and certificate and GED students who completed or plan to complete fall 2024, winter 2025, spring 2025, or summer 2025 are eligible to participate and encouraged to attend.

At the ceremony, graduating students will arrive in cap and gown and have the opportunity to:

  • Have their name announced
  • Get their diploma cover
  • Walk across stage
  • Be congratulated by our honored guests, including college leadership and Board of Education members
  • Be celebrated by the CGCC community and their fellow students

Caps and gowns will be available for purchase in the Campus Store on The Dalles Campus beginning Monday, TBD.

The Campus Store hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m,

Cost for the cap, gown, & tassel package is $38.00.
