Monthly Award

Columbia Gorge Community College (CGCC) awards a Staff Member of the Month award to honor excellence among the college’s many dedicated staff members. This award will go to a staff member who embodies the college mission of "...building dreams and transforming lives." It recognizes outstanding performance and attitude amongst the staff of the college. Monthly winners will be recognized in CGCC social media and Campus Currents, and will be eligible to qualify for the annual "Staff Member of the Year" award. 

Annual Award

Winners of the annual award will be selected from the monthly winners, and will be recognized at Graduation.

Eligibility

Any part-time or full-time staff member employed during the current academic year at the college is eligible for the award. A recipient of the annual award will not be eligible to win the award in two consecutive years.
