Exploring Skills to Support Growth and Development in Staff, Coworkers, and Volunteers

This training is web-based, you will need to access it from your home as it features a single trainer and multiple sites are connected at the same time. You will receive an email on the day of the training session with instructions on how to log into the training. When registering, please provide an active email address.

This session will examine how to support staff, coworkers, or volunteers in increasing their professionalism, quality and skills in the classroom. Training will explore theories of adult development/leadership and how to use them to improve your skills as a mentor. This is a Set Two Program Managment (PM) class. This session will count towards adult education hours for trainers
